Life is an adventure of learning how to enjoy loving others as well as myself. It is about appreciating the gift of each day and each person I meet. As with any adventure it is so much better when we can share it with a special someone. I can’t believe I just wrote that, but I did!

Here’s who I am: I live in Scotts Valley. Being retired, I have the time and resources to enjoy that time. I am both emotionally and financially secure. I am much younger at heart than what my birth certificate says. My bio age is 66. I'm a positive, optimistic person. I'm looking for an exclusive, long-term relationship.

I love the outdoors, both the beach and our redwoods. I love to be active: hiking, biking, skiing, etc. I’m a lifelong swimmer. For years I competed in triathlons when I had the knees for it. I rowed crew four years in college. I love exercise and do my best to eat healthy food.

I practice and teach Christian meditation. Your faith choices are yours and I respect your choices the same way I trust you will respect mine. I have a Golden Doodle named Teddy Bear. Teddy and I are at dog training most Saturday mornings. I’m a homebody but love to travel. Favorite places I’ve visited are Alaska, Canada and Assisi, Italy.
