Friends describe me as optimistic, sincere, playful, younger looking than my actual age, and thoughtful. Family members and friends tend to share their problems and deepest secrets with me. Personally, I prefer to talk to God about everything. After all, He knows what's deep in my heart and has answers for everything.
Former board member as Membership VP and Philanthropy Chairperson at a national philanthropy organization. Volunteering is an integral part of my life, helping others is second nature. Grew up as a catholic and my faith is very important to me. Parents were married for 65yrs.
Lived in Europe for several yrs and learned culinary specialities. I enjoy cooking healthy meals that taste good actually and treat myself with delicious desserts once in a while, homemade preferably.
Life is too short to walk on eggshells. Life is meant to be lived joyfully and reverence everyone regardless of age. I am very blessed with a good, respectful, and quite independent son in college. Lastly, I grew up with dogs and love them but I'm allergic to certain breeds.
