I a 59 and keep quite active. I enjoy cycling in our parks, dining out, swimming, camping, and other quiet activities such as writing, reading. and meditating when ever possible. I am well educated at the post graduate level. I am also known to be very gentle in nature and easy to get along with. I love people and am very optimistic when it comes to life. I believe in spirituality more so than religion based spirituality. I enjoy meaningful talks over an open fire, or a simple night out, taking in a nice dinner. I have one grown daughter which I raised, who does not live with me. She is in her third year of Astro Physics at U of A. I describe myself as a happy person and have lived on my own for a long time. I would love to teach in some capacity as I love teaching.

I also see a lot of wisdom and accumulated knowledge in our senior population. This could be a great asset if seniors talk to groups of people or students about the life they grew up, in allowing the history of their time to become unquestionably alive with enthusiasm, as they relive their past.
