Me describiría a mi mismo como
I am an energetic and active retired widowed woman who would enjoy meeting a gentleman that would like going to festivals, local beer gardens, casual dinners, movies, etc. I've beeen a certified water aerobics instructor at a local health club and have found it extremely rewarding especially in the last year when I lost my husband of 48 years. Because of my time spent at the gym I've made many and lasting friendships.
As a cradle Catholic I have always been active in my faith community being a Eucharistic minister, assisting sacristan, scripture group and the annual festival. I am fortunate again to have a wonderful group of friends and look forward to each and every event although I think our parish is becoming too liberal for me.
My enjoyments are learning more about lawn care and snow blowing, being a little sarcastic here but as my yard Iis approximately an acre I have had to develops these skills.
I have two grown unmarried sons and no grandchildren that I know of but the sweetest great nice that is more like a grandchild.
I've been to Europe, Jamaica and Mexico and would definitely return to any of them and would like to broaden my horizons with travel.
My other great joy is my dog who is a rescue and she is dog number seven for me in my lifetime. She and I trained together for,her to be a therapy dog and visited nursing homes and hospitals. Sadly, in the past year I haven't really done much of that.
I'm interested in a man who has a good sense of humor, interested in exercise, exploring new restaurants and festivals and values and practices his Catholic faith.
