Training for a triathlon!!! I have run marathons before, but that would be a real challenge and treat. I also have never snow-skied, but would love to try that.

I also want to continue travelling and enjoying the gifts of the earth, while being responsible for it's wellbeing. Happiness is there for everyone, and it's a shame more don't just "make it happen".
